We want to make it as easy as possible for our Investors to decide whether or not to invest in a specific equity crowdfunding campaign.
On the basis that ’25 heads are better than 1’, we have formed private groups of investors who individually evaluate campaigns in a password-protected Forum and then share their perspectives amongst other members of the group.
Certain investors have expertise or contacts in specific industry sectors and this can often provide an edge to other investors within the group.
No actual funds are invested into the Investor Clubs or held by Spark Crowdfunding. Instead, the clubs are an exchange of information and each investor then decides whether or not to invest in each individual campaign and how much to invest. Investments are also made individually by each member of the investor club, as opposed to a collective investment.
Please contact us if you would like to join one of our Investor Clubs and we would be happy to facilitate you. It is not necessary to sign any formal paperwork in order to become a member of one of our Investor Clubs and members may leave the club any time they wish.
